Roadhog is indeed my top Overwatch character and it appeared that there was a widespread shortage of this particular Overwatch prop, so I decided to give it a shot. Extremely pleased with the final product here. Would be thrilled to receive your feedback so I can make improvements if necessary. This was straightforward to design initially but very time-consuming to get many of the details right. I haven't mentioned it previously, but all of my models are cut into parts that can fit onto a standard hobbyist printer with a build space of 6"x6"x6". I didn't bother adding joints this version or holes for a rod, sanding each part and just super gluing it all together should be fine for a cosplay piece. The exclusion of the tape is intentional. I figured that it would be easier and more realistic if people who print this use old hockey tape or wrap bandages. Also, I recommend picking up a plastic chain from a Halloween store to complete the piece. Edit: Apparently Simplify3D handles Blender exported stl's differently than Cura, which is what I usually use. I have had complaints on a few of my designs that they are not scaled correctly. So I did some investigating and experimenting with the program, and it appears you need to set the scale factor to 1000 when exporting out of blender so the dimensions come out right in Simplify3D. Sorry for the inconvenience everyone. Lesson learned. From now on all my designs will feature both scales depending on the slicer you use, and I am going to update all my old models. Enjoy everyone!
