The billboard is designed to resemble curvy race tracks and can be customized by placing your texture on its luminance channel within the LED_Board material. It also slides along an editable path found in the Spline Wrap modifier, where you can adjust the offset and rotation banking. The posts too slide but within a limited range that requires attention to base and angle. Note that textures are not included, but materials are ready for editing to create a billboard animation.
