I split the components into separate pieces before printing them, which required some creative problem-solving with my 3D modeling software. Since the process was a bit unorthodox, I figured it would be helpful to share the details with others who might encounter similar challenges. To get everything to fit together seamlessly, I had to scale up all the components except for their thickness by a generous 105%.
