This innovative design boasts effortless assembly and manufacturing processes due to its minimal reliance on mechanical devices, making it highly reliable. Equipped with four agile blades for swift reolith collection, the convex shape of these blades significantly expands the collection area. Constructed from durable hard aluminum, the body can also be crafted from carbon fiber, while the titanium teeth are strategically designed to withstand the most demanding wear and tear. The design's unique body allows for seamless material collection without spilling a single grain when suspended, as clearly demonstrated in our simulation.Project specifications:Maximum length: 360mmMaximum weight: 3.98kgBlade width: 90mmMaximum volume collected: 30 litersGiven its intended use in space exploration, this design is engineered to operate continuously without interruption for maintenance. Consequently, the cost-effective choice of aluminum over carbon fiber becomes a crucial factor. However, if a carbon fiber iteration is desired, this design can be successfully manufactured using a 3D printer and carbon fiber filament. I eagerly anticipate receiving feedback on my project, and both praise and constructive criticism are welcome to help refine and enhance its design.
