RMRC Recruit Replacement Winglet

RMRC Recruit Replacement Winglet

UPDATE! I've scaled back the v1 thickness, thinning out the winglet to fit perfectly with the wing's design. If you've managed to crash your RMRC Recruit, replacing the winglets is likely in order. Instead of buying a partial wing replacement, simply print mine and save yourself some cash. This winglet boasts a sleeker design, with less of a tip on top for improved aerodynamics. The distance between the screws and the bottom remains unchanged, ensuring your wing stays flat on any surface. To install, slice off the excess material at the end using a utility knife, then secure it with the existing screws. I find these to be surprisingly rigid, despite their slightly heavier weight. For added security, use hot glue or tape - but if you don't mind making your wing non-hot-swappable, that's up to you. Printed edges are optimized for flat bed adhesion, while outside edges feature a subtle rounded shape. Adjust the Z height for a customized winglet width - and enjoy the ride!
