This portable gaming console runs a full-sized Raspberry Pi (2, 3 or 3 B+) and delivers 4-6 hours of battery life depending on the chosen Pi model and games played. Parts list: * Raspberry Pi * USB Jack * Battery Charging Circuit * Adafruit ItsyBitsy 32u4 - 5V Microcontroller Board * PSP Joystick * 3v to 5v 3a Boost Converter * 2 Position Slide Switch * Panasonic NCR18650B Rechargeable Batteries (3400mAh) * Flexible Silicone Wire (30 AWG) * 24 AWG wire (can use wire pulled from Ethernet cables) * Proto Board PCB * 6mm Tactile Buttons * Micro USB cable Software: * Retropie 4.4 * juj fbcp-ili9341 SPI drivers Wiring: SPI Screen: Display--------Raspberry Pi BL--------------pin 12 (GPIO 18) SCK------------pin 23 (GPIO 11) MISO----------pin 21 (GPIO 9) MOSI----------pin 19 (GPIO 10) CS--------------pin 24 (GPIO 8) RST------------pin 22 (GPIO 25) D/C-------------pin 18 (GPIO 24) VIN-------------pin 17 (3.3v) GND-----------pin 20 (GND) Buttons: Shared ground across all buttons and joystick. Use extra protoboard pins to make all of the grounds common. Buttons are wired to pins 0-13 and A2. Joystick axies are wired to A0 and A1. Tricks: I used electrical tape to hold battery leads in place during assembly. The risers in the prints apply necessary pressure for contact.
