I'm Setting Up a Wall Mount for an RJ45 Splitter to Expand My One-Wire Network for DS18B20 Temperature Sensors. Note that creating an Ethernet network using splitters isn't feasible, so I'm focusing on building a custom network specifically designed for my temperature sensors, which follow the one-wire protocol. To accomplish this task, I've chosen a base measuring 40 x 60 mm and picked up some inexpensive RJ45 splitters from eBay to connect my DS18B20 sensors. The base is 40 x 60 mm in size, providing ample space for my project. The RJ45 splitters I'm using are incredibly affordable and can be sourced easily on eBay.
