Repairing the RJ45 Clip Fixing a Broken RJ45 Plug Just Got Easier If you're dealing with an RJ45 plug whose clip is snapped off, don't worry! You can still use it with this handy accessory. First, print out the accessory and then rotate the square end as shown in the picture. This will create the necessary blocking to secure the plug to the cable, effectively replacing the broken tab with the square piece.
