RJ45 Keystone insert for Honeywell QuickNetwork Panel

This thing is designed for use with a Honeywell QNIC24 QuickNetwork 24" Install Panel, which relies on inserts to adapt the panel openings for keystone modules, mainly RJ45 and F connector jacks. The insert can be used in any panel featuring a rectangular opening of approximately .750 x .575 inch and a panel thickness of less than .058 inch. Unfortunately, I was unable to find these inserts available for purchase as the Honeywell panel is about 25 years old. My dimensions are expressed in inches because I too am old, and my dial calipers show only imperial units. I attempted to create a duplicate sample to a reasonable degree. The leg that receives the cantilever latch of the module must itself be flexible enough to allow this thing to snap into the panel. **Note:** I have not yet tried this (the panel is in a house located in another state), so I make no guarantee that it will actually work. Once verified, I will update my findings.
