RJ45 COVER PRESS MOLD FOR HOT GLUE
thingiverse
I mold RJ45 connectors for myself using a cover made from molding. To do this, I use hot glue guns, and as a result, I achieve an exceptional quality with layer thicknesses reaching 0.1 mm and nozzle diameters of 0.5 mm. If you try using 0.05 mm layer thickness, you might even get better results. Before pouring the hot glue into the mold, it's essential to lubricate it with motor oil or Vaseline. After that, wait for exactly 30 minutes before opening the mold. To express your gratitude, simply send a dollar (or more) - it's the best way to say thank you. Unfortunately, I can't accept PayPal payments, but if you'd like, I can provide you with my card number, since that's how things work in Ukraine these days.
