Rivian Center Console Organizer

This is a center console organizer for the Rivian R1T/R1S, originally posted on Thingiverse but moved here instead.

7/18/22 edit: now with SketchUp files added

Tray heights

Bottom - 134mm (to end up right below the USB C ports)

Middle - 80mm

Top - 70mm (This leaves about 6mm of space between the top tray and the lid)

Tray L x W

Bottom and middle - 154mm x 164mm

Top - 175mm x 164mm

The top and middle trays are designed to be removable, and have a 2mm extension to help with stacking. The bottom tray is intended to remain stationary. Its purpose in life is to hold stuff and support the trays above.

There are two versions of the top tray. One with a change holder and a place to store cards, and one without. The one with organization needs to be printed at 10% size. I could not get CURA to slice properly unless I exported from SketchUp at 10x. (Yes, I know it's a design issue but I don't care. It worked for me.)

There is room for the USB C cables to remain plugged in.

Printing time for me (i3 Mega S) was around 24-30 hours per tray with PETG and 20% infill.
