I made this to fly with larger batteries (21700 6s). Once you print the front hatch, you will need to heat it up with a heat gun and mold it to the curve on the front of the plane. I am including the front hatch as two separate pieces so that you can print it without supports. The only other thing that needs to be done is to figure out how you want to mount it. For the rear hatch I made 2 holes in the back and mounted it with nylon screws and standoffs glued in the foam. For the front, I used pegs here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4950977 and also the original thumbscrews to screw in the back. Note that the rear of the front hatch is designed to hold down the front of the rear hatch as well once it is bolted in. The holes for the thumbscrews are not provided since I had to make my own off center. Please note that the asymmetrical vents are tailored for my own electronics. Update v2 - lighter and accommodates wider batteries.
