Why settle for a pre-made solution when you can create it yourself? This is a custom clip that allows you to attach the side rail of your TMC to make a riser for your optics. You can use the screws provided with your TMC's side rails to secure the rail onto the clip, but you will need bolts to mount the clips directly on the marker rail. On my Ender3 Pro, it took 58 minutes to print this clip using Tree Support at 0.2mm layer thickness, 20% infill, and a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius with the bed set to 60 degrees Celsius. I highly recommend adding brim for better adhesion.
