Ripper's London - The Characters

I'm currently experimenting with solo wargaming scenarios using the buildings I've completed so far in Ripper's London - Sewers. To flesh out my ideas, I'm working with silhouette figures that will eventually be replaced by 3D offerings. I also use a 25mm round base for some of my metal/plastic wargaming figures, which features a lip designed to match the level of a standard lead/plastic figures base. This allows me to fill the gap with terrain filler. The characters in this setup include rats of various sizes and intelligence levels, such as Ratman piloting his steampunk Ratmobile. The locals are diverse, consisting of suffragettes, protesters, vigilantes, occasional ne'er-do-wells, and a corpse. The police force is also represented, featuring regular peelers, armed sergeants, detectives, and a consulting sociopath detective - a rather interesting character, indeed.
