Rip Fence Feather Board for Ridgid Tablesaw
thingiverse
My Ridgid table saw boasts T slots on top for attachments, and I designed this assembly with short 5/16-inch bolts in mind that fit perfectly into these slots without needing any T nuts. The wing nuts secure them firmly in place, allowing me to cut narrow strips of wood effectively - a requirement for my strip-built kayak project. My feather board engages with longer 5/16-inch bolts and accommodates wood heights ranging from 0-3 inches. I've also included SolidWorks files for anyone interested in remodelling this design. With a table size limited to just under six inches due to my Lulzbot mini setup, the assembly's functionality appears intact.
