This is a 3D printable rip cord designed for use with vintage TOMY tron light cycle toys. It can also work well with other retro toys from the 70's and 80's. You might want to try printing it in flexible filament like NinjaFlex or create a mold of it after printing, then cast it in Smooth-On's semi-rigid resin such as Smooth-Cast 65D or Simpact 85. However, I was not able to get NinjaFlex to work with my printer, so I recommend casting this rip cord after molding it.
