Jim constructed these after the clip rings on his flag poles broke due to harsh winter conditions. To ensure durability, he printed four of them with an orange hue as a quick fix. The design was created by measuring the broken part and adding extra thickness for strength. Using ABS material, 35% infill, and 2 shells, Jim hoped that the increased fill would provide added strength to the flags. Although only a few days have passed since installation, he is optimistic about their ability to withstand windy conditions in the future.
