Ring Stickup Cam Ceiling Mount

This object was made in Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/4Orc6Mks2LI I made this because I got a Ring Stickup Cam only to realize there was no way to mount it on a ceiling out of the box. Ring sells a very nice custom ceiling mount separately (which you should look into if needed), but this model solves the immediate need without any extra tools or parts required. It's also not super pretty, but it's functional. Print the model, and use the supplied screws to attach the baseplate to its back, capping with the wall anchors so you don't poke yourself and for stability. It's pretty firm. Use the other screw for the top to screw into whatever ceiling surface you have. I screwed it directly into my metal eaves and it's quite secure. Finally, attach the camera to the baseplate after you've done the above, and you're done!
