This is a two-piece phone holding apparatus, designed to work together seamlessly to hold a phone securely in place while connected to a stand. The phone holder provides an ideal solution for recording videos of labs or capturing stable shots that require a considerable amount of time. The first piece is the base, which connects effortlessly to a ring stand via a nut and bolt system. Specifically, it uses #8-32 nuts and bolts to ensure a sturdy connection with the ring stand. The second part is a clamp/bar that plays a crucial role in holding down the phone when placed on the phone holder, preventing any movement or accidental falls from the base. To achieve this, two holes for half-inch bolts are strategically positioned on the clamp, aligning perfectly with two corresponding holes on the base. This allows the half-inch bolts to be tightened as needed, and their position can then be locked in place using half-inch nuts.
