To print, set the text depth to 1, spacing to 1.1, height to 2.5, and size to 8.5. The ring size for US and Canada is also 8.5. Main wall thickness should be 2, depth at 4.34, and choose an ellipse shape (cs_ellipse) for the main feature. Disable text inside, but engrave it instead. Use the Letters.dxf font with a main feature of 0.2, smoothness of 30, and set the metal color to RGBA [0.65,0.65,0.65,1].
