Ring Shaped Orbit Handle For Microlights

Ring Shaped Orbit Handle For Microlights

Accidentally came across an orbiter that was having trouble holding onto the handles and thought, "Hey, wouldn't it be awesome to have a ring-shaped handle that could still grasp a microlight?" Since I couldn't find one, I decided to try making my own. Used Tinkercad to create it, nothing fancy, but hopefully, it'll work. The chip can point in two different directions depending on personal preference; designed so the bulbs face out for bright trails since there's not much material to diffuse through. This will fit nano-sized microlights and requires a silicone case. I recommend using Futuristic Lights Ion or Atom chips as they're my go-to choice for measurements, and I can confirm that an Ion chip fits perfectly. Haven't printed it myself yet, but it should be relatively lightweight for an orbiter handle, so I suggest printing at high infill for maximum density and stability. Despite its simplicity, it's got a ring you can hold onto!
