Here is the rewritten text in American English: Here's a ring that inspired me in an episode of the series "Pawn Stars." It's a 19th-century revolver ring type "Little Protector" with a very steampunk style that will surely delight the amateur of the genre. As you can see from the pictures, I pushed the realism by creating the mechanism so you can play with it. It's extremely small, which took me a week to model and adjust the dimensions so the parts fit freely together perfectly. However, it's not 100% perfect and will likely need some minor adjustments with a cutter. The spring behind the trigger was recovered from a Bic lighter and cut to about 7mm in length. The two axes of the trigger and dog are small pieces of material 1.75mm in diameter and 8.5mm and 11mm long, respectively. Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: Prusa Steel Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.3mm or less Infill: 35% Notes: Please print with a raft as it will help prevent an "elephant's foot" from forming, which can ruin the fit of the parts at this scale. You can use any type of material for this object except for the spring part, which should be in PLA due to its hardness. The false screw piece should be made with flex (nijaflex for me) or nylon, as ABS and PLA may break easily. I optimized the parts as much as possible so they can be printed without supports, except for the body of the ring, which will require brackets placed as shown in the photos. I set the vertical separation of the supports to 1 layer for the lower part and 0 layers for the upper part. For printing speed, I used 40mm/s and a layer thickness of 0.3mm with a 0.3mm nozzle. My printer is a Prusa i3 rework 1.5. To assemble the spring part, place the nipple in its housing first and then use a small clamp to wedge the central part into place with an outgrowth in the groove. If it doesn't stay stuck, add a drop of cyanoacrylate glue. That's it! I spent last week wrestling with this object, so I'm glad to be done with it. Good luck with your print and assembly! See you soon with another creation.
