I've made this incredible Ring of Gyges myself after getting an idea from a close buddy who actually designed and printed it out. The invisibility ring is inspired by Plato's famous Republic, and you can find another one in my upcoming story "Ripper's Ring," which will go live on http://www.gypsyshadow.com/StevenSouthard.html#top May 1st, 2015. This model comes with a special feature where the triangular 'stone' turns around; when it points towards your hand's base, you vanish into thin air! However, as of now, I still can't make myself disappear for real - but I'm keeping on trying. Instructions One single file lets you print out the ring's base. There's another one for printing the stone. To get the ring working smoothly, my buddy had to glue in a few crucial machine parts like screws and bolts inside to make it rotate easily. Just remember to scale up your design so that it fits perfectly around your finger.
