I redesigned the LED ring to accomplish two objectives: First, directing the light emitted by the LEDs towards one precise point near the hot-end. Second, utilizing the 12V power supply of the Hephestos without squandering any power in a resistor. In this upgraded version, I trimmed parts of the ring to better fit alongside the hot-end.
