Intake ring for 4010 fan blower looks great. It boosts airflow and reduces noise by 3-5% while eliminating front leakage. This design requires only one gram of plastic and takes just three minutes to print. It's optimized for use with an ABS filament and a 0.4mm nozzle. PetrosSystems has tested the PLA version, and it works well with press fits. To ensure safety, I recommend attaching this ring with a small amount of glue or solvent - just two drops should do the trick.
