Ring Doorbell Pro Siding Mount

Ring Doorbell Pro Siding Mount

I remixed a mount plate for my Ring Pro doorbell from one originally designed for the classic Ring. My goal was to create a custom fit that would allow the Ring Pro to sit straight up and down, optimizing its camera angle, while also providing solid support at the bottom. This particular design caters specifically to the smaller size of the Ring Pro, features a hole precisely positioned to accommodate the new wiring configuration, and includes additional holes for screws to secure it in place. Moreover, I tailored it to fit perfectly with my siding. To assemble this project, you will need longer screws than what comes standard with the Ring Pro. I visited Ace Hardware and picked up some long finishing screws, which were just a hair too big for the existing hole but managed to fit with a bit of extra force applied. Please note that your mileage may vary, so use caution when handling these screws. Print Settings: Printer: Makerfarm Prusa i3v 10 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 25% Notes: The print went smoothly, with the Ring Pro facing downwards as indicated in the design.
