Ring Camera Mount and Solar Panel Magnetic Base

This was designed to address the need for a swiftly deployable security camera system. I sought an arrangement that could quickly be mounted to support both the Ring Camera and Ring Solar Panel, allowing for easy relocation within a 7-acre industrial facility. Happily, numerous large steel structures feature substantial flat steel surfaces, measuring at least 6 inches in width. To accommodate these features, I created custom bases that can securely fasten onto 4-inch plate using sheet metal screws. The reason for this design is to conceal the considerable amount of wiring associated with the Solar Panel. By doing so, I aimed to create a more discreet and efficient setup. While it could be made smaller by shortening the wire using a soldering gun, I'm pleased with how well the Solar Panel performs even in shaded areas with mostly foggy days that still keep the battery charged.
