## Half Wave Ring Antenna Holder ### For a 433 MHz antenna with excellent receiving capabilities #### Print List - 1x Carrier - 6x Guide High - 6x Guide Low - 2x Mount #### Assembly - Prepare two wire loops, refer to https://diydrones.com/profiles/blogs/more-433-mhz-antenna-the-1-2-wave-ring-radiator for details. - Discrepancy: The guides' grooves are designed for 1 mm enameled copper wire; using thicker wire might make the construction unstable. - Assemble three sandwiches: - Pay attention to the guides' grooves. - One sandwich may hold the mounts. - Secure each sandwich with zip ties in this order: + Tie + (Mount) + Guide Low + Wire Loop 1 + Guide High + Carrier + Guide High + Wire Loop 2 + Guide Low + (Mount) + Tie - The antenna was tuned by positioning CMOS foam between the wire loops, resulting in surprisingly accurate performance. #### Also listed on: https://github.com/qrti/antenna_433
