The Ring-A-Thing is a customizable ring-building kit that enables you to construct rings with press-fit 3mm magnets in the base and washers glued to the bottom of each design. By measuring your finger's diameter in millimeters, OpenSCAD allows for parametric designs with F6 rendering and STL exporting. Post-printing, affix designs by gluing them to washers and clicking into place within the ring. Swap out designs using a screwdriver to pry up one edge of the disc. Enjoy your personalized rings! However, issues like maintaining stable inset diameter for various ring sizes and finding alternative attachments for smaller rings remain unresolved.
