The original solar charger I bought deteriorated quickly and never really charged the Ring enough. For this little project you will need 2 solar panels like the ones in the photo measuring 37x68mm each (74x68 when side by side); one M3 10mm screw + nut and some E6000 glue or other adhesive to secure the panels to the bracket and the arm. I routed the wires through the cavities in the bracket, arm and plate and then joint the wires in parallel directly to the connection found on the back of the Ring device. The Plate should sit right between the ring device and wall mount/wedge that came with it. It's been working pretty well for me. "Use at your own risk" disclaimer as with all these DIY projects.
