Rik And Morty LED NIGHT LIGHT

Hy everybody! I have the pleasure to present you Rik and Morty led night light DIY! I print this with my Flying Bear Ghost 5 with direct drive extruder upgrade and fan buster adapter. It's made up of six individual pieces that i call: Main, Background, Led Base, Back, Join and Feet, below you can find the ptinting settings. For the right orientation on the printing plate and illustration about the assembly please take a look on pictures or follow steps below. Printing Settings: Main: (Filamnt: Prusament -Galaxy Black) - Layer Resolution: 0.2 - Infill: 35% - Support: Not Required Background: (Filament: Filament PM -White) - Layer Resolution: 0.2 - Infill: 35% - Support: Not Required Led Base: (Filament: Indifferent) - Layer Resolution: 0.2 - Infill: Indiffernt (I use 35%) - Support: Yes Over 45° Back: (Filament: Filament PM -White) - Layer Resolution: 0.2 - Infill: 35% (Or more) - Support: Not Required Join: (Filament: Prusament -Galaxy Black) - Layer Resolution: 0.1 - Infill: 35% (or more) - Support: Yes Over 45° Feet: (Filament: Prusament -Galaxy Black) - Layer Resolution: 0.1 - Infill: 35% (Or More) - Support: Yes Over 45° You need also: - 300 mm Led strip (8 mm or less wide) - 12v 0.5A Power supply with switch - 0.1 mm Cables - Hot glue - Welder - 2 Pin Connectors Assembly is extremely easy, you need hot glue to stitch the feet to join and than to the main part, for the other components not require any kind of glue, they will stick together with a snap fit! First Step: Pass the cable inside the feet and glue the led strip on the led base. Step two: Glue the join to the main component and passing true the cables glue the feet too. Add connectors to cables. Step three: Assemble everything! Insert background, led base (with led strip stitched and connectors) and connect cables, lastly you can snap the back. ALL DONE!
