The Barbadian singer, songwriter, and actress made her mark in the music industry with hits like Pon de Replay, SOS, and Unfaithful after discovering American record producer Evan Rogers in 2003. Rihanna signed a recording contract with Def Jam Recordings following a meeting with rapper and hip hop producer Jay-Z.
