Rigol DS1052E replacement knob small

I needed a new trigger button for my Rigol DS1052E oscilloscope because the original one broke, cracking apart. To create a replacement, I modified blackboots' model with several changes. The number of ridges around the knob is now adjustable. Additionally, I made an adjustment to the flat side on the shaft so it doesn't extend all the way down - instead, it stops a couple of millimeters above the bottom. This was done by introducing new parameters that can be adjusted. In 2017, some code that was no longer needed was removed from the updated model.
