Rigidbot Z-Limit Switch Bracket
cults3d
This is a Z-Limit switch bracket designed for a friend that was inspired by this object here http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:781168 by pureluck. Other than some overall dimensional location points it was completely redesigned to fit around a Peter Stoneham linear bearing mount. Files include a print ready and oriented Cura scaled (CS) file and a native STL file. The native file is intended to be imported with scene units in inches and object units in mm's. NOTICE: I have uploaded modified files (10/22/15) putting the vertical holes back to the original 12.5 mm apart. They were too exact to the end of the trip switch allowing them to possibly slip off the end. The only remaining change from the printed image are the vertical holes are slightly smaller (by .066 mm) in diameter to give better grip on an M3 bolt. The assembly used two m3 x 14mm bolts to secure the bearing mounts. This leaves enough threaded portion to attach the bracket with two nylock m3 nuts. An m3 x 25mm in the vertical holes was used to hit the z limit switch.
