RigidBot Z-Axiz Alignment Indicator

RigidBot Z-Axiz Alignment Indicator

We encountered difficulties with the Z-axis steppers falling into sync with one another, prompting us to design a compact cap featuring an indicator on top. This indicator enables us to easily identify if they again fall out of sync in the future. The printed cap is then simply pressed onto the top of the Z-axis screw drives. To ensure correct installation, verify that each indicator points in the same direction as the other, and avoid twisting them - you can inadvertently turn the stepper motor by attempting this. The SCAD file has been made fully editable for user modification. It was created using OpenSCAD software to achieve its complex design requirements.
