RigidBot Smoke Detector Bracket
thingiverse
A Common Sense Measure of Protection with 3D Printers Involves Mounting a Smoke Detector Right Next to Itself. This Adapter Replaces the Typical Ceiling Fixture for a First Alert SA303 Smoke Detector, Allowing it to be Mounted Directly on the RigidBot Structure. Update Version 2 has Been Added, Which Reinforces the Supporting Piece Between the Frame and the Smoke Detector Itself. V1 Requires Less Filament and Satisfies Those Who Prefer to Suspend the Smoke Detector Within the Frame, As Displayed in the Photo. To Keep the Smoke Detector above the RigidBot for Additional Support/Strength, One Should Opt for Version 2 Instead. Update 9/23 The STL File has Been Updated to Fix the Scaling Issue Present within Its Original Configuration.
