RigidBot Original LCD Buttons

Replacement buttons for the original RigidBot LCD display equipped with soft rubber keys.\nI can no longer tolerate the soft, constantly sticking LCD panel keys on our original RigidBot. If you have the same issue, here are some replacement keys I designed. To replace the keys, remove the LCD panel and then take out the four screws that hold the LCD electronics into the cover. Lift out the LCD circuit board and swap the keys. (You need one BigBut and four LitBut keys.) \nThe RigidBot must be turned off, and unplugged from the AC line. Use ESD precautions when handling the electronics (simply search "simple ESD precautions" if you don't know what ESD is) and be cautious to plug the LCD back in correctly before applying power.\nI am not responsible for any damage or injuries that may occur from someone downloading, attempting to print and install the button keys.\nWhy no R on the center round key like the original? There was no way to hold the center key in position so the R would be constantly "rolling" out of position. If you really want an R - it is only a remix away, but don't blame me if you develop an overwhelming need to constantly straighten that R up.\nPrint Settings\nPrinter: \n CTC Bizer\n \n Rafts: \n No\n \n Supports: \n No\n \n Resolution: \n 0.1mm\n \n Infill: \n 30%\n \n Notes: \n These printed well and required minimal cleanup. I printed using PLA onto a Lexan sheet which gave the nice flat button tops in the picture. As they say - your mileage may vary. If your printer yields prints that are a bit too large or small - try scaling slightly in your slicer.
