To boost bearing contact with the filament, insert a white washer behind the Rigidbot spring lever. This straightforward tweak greatly enhanced the reliability of my printer. Instructions: First, print your design with 100% infill at a low speed. Remove the spring-loaded lever and carefully position the washer onto the screw. Finally, reattach the lever and continue printing without interruptions.
