RigidBot Filament Spool Holder
thingiverse
Filament spool towers are designed specifically for the RigidBot 3D printer. They simply snap onto the frame without needing any fasteners. You can use rods with diameters up to 9mm and lengths between 411-435mm - the original rod used in the spool rack is 8 x 422mm, which works just fine. Print Settings: Printer: RigidBot Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 25% Notes: The filament spool tower has been designed and oriented to minimize support needs wherever possible. However, supports are still recommended for the rod slot. With at least four shell layers, 25% infill is sufficient. In my case, I used six shells, resulting in a remarkably sturdy print.
