RigidBot Extruder Support Spacer

UPDATE I have not tried it yet, but a derivative of this design has been posted that address some of the minor issues I have encountered with mine. Try it out: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:413057 This is a spacer that goes below the feed wheel of the RigidBot extruder to support the filament as it feeds into the heater block. This allows printing with soft filaments like NinjaFlex, or helps regular filament load a little better. Instructions Print on your 3D printer, and install into RigidBot extruder. I used 0.2mm layers, but about any setting should work fine. You may need to clean out the hole a little after it prints to make sure various filaments feed smoothly without binding. Mounding holes are provided in case you want to attach it to the extruder mounting block, but are not necessary (it is designed to trap itself into about the proper position). It uses M3x6mm flat head (counter-sunk) screws. Depending on how far the extruder mounting screws go through the block you may not be able to use them anyway, so don't worry too much about getting screws for it.
