Rigidbot external PSU Mount
thingiverse
I'm drawn from an idea seen on Youmagine, and I aim to tackle it with my own spin. Crafting a bracket that holds a new PSU in place via 3/4-inch (inner) tubing has sparked my creative engine. By repurposing this mount for use inside my rigidBot's footprint, I intend to free up valuable real estate without losing essential power capabilities. It will take some fiddling to integrate it seamlessly, potentially requiring slight loosening of side panels or a deft cut-out to perfect the aesthetic. I'm on the cusp of printing the first iteration as we speak – soon, I'll upgrade it to Make-worthy status upon completion. For assembly aficionados out there, here's how you can craft one for yourself: Start with a print job of the mount and a power supply unit to be screwed into place. Safely secure the PSU using provided screw threads. Next, simply slide onto 3/4-inch inner tubing, carefully attaching to fit snugly
