This is a part cooling fan mount, bracket and shroud engineered specifically for Rigidbot 3D Printers using E3D hotend mounted with lossy mounting system. Following extensive use of Nautilus lossless mount, I reverted to a lossy mount that provides substantially increased clearance for safety and optimal cooling. Consequently, I was able to design this 360 degree (actually about 320 degrees) part cooling fan shroud, perfectly capable of containing the output from a standard 50X50X15mm blower fan. This particular model utilizes significantly larger fans without issue; users may however adapt it for usage with other fans by scaling accordingly. This versatile mounting system employs the same strategically positioned through holes and M3 screws as are utilized to attach the front linear bearing mount, thus reducing manufacturing complications. When it comes to securing additional parts in place, one will need to employ either #8 SAE screws or M4 screws, utilizing 4x1in (25mm) screws along with corresponding nuts and 1x2in (45-50mm) screw equipped with a matching nut. Printing settings highly recommended for users who print exclusively using ABS material include setting layer height to anywhere between 0.1mm and 0.15mm, followed by an infill level of 95%, completely devoid of any supports; in fact, applying support structures inside the shroud would only lead to significant complications upon their attempted removal.
