Rigidbot Dual V6 Mk8 Alloy Mount Part-Fan Nozzle

I considered several configurations but ultimately chose this centrally mounted 40mm centrifugal fan design. The nozzle clips firmly into the selected fan, functioning as a partial-fan for both extruders, and can be lifted out of position as needed. I invested time in conducting smoke studies to achieve the optimal nozzle shape, which has already demonstrated its effectiveness by successfully printing thin-walled parts, including one with a 0.8mm wall. Although I've never employed a part fan previously, I now recognize its value in the FDM toolkit. Printing both exhaust nozzles on the bed was seamless. The design was optimized for use with 0.4mm extruder nozzles and minimal infill, though I suggest incorporating a part fan to ensure smooth printing of this assembly. I uploaded an unfinished mounting bracket and arms for review. Additionally, an optional bracket was added to secure the nozzle at the end, allowing it to rest on a rail when in use. In the 3D model, I included brim support for improved adhesion; be sure to remove this after printing. Assembling the device requires five M3 screws: one 20mm screw securing the fan, two 8mm long screws fastening the arms to the top mounting bracket, and two 6mm screws connecting the assembly to an alloy mount.
