I own a Robo3D for a while now, and what I love about it is the expansive 80mm carriage rail system, which gives me plenty of room to play with the extruder carriage. This design has been tailored to fit seamlessly within the standard Mendelmax 1.5 dimensions. It employs LM8UU bearings throughout its construction, and the extruder carriage boasts an even wider platform, allowing for effortless installation of various extruders in either a vertical or horizontal orientation. For instance, I can mount a Wade extruder straight up or on its side with complete ease. My extruder carriage features a Greg Wade extruder coupled with an E3D V6 hotend, and each side proudly hosts two fan mounts to keep the hotend running at optimal temperatures.
