I made this to fit the 16 Gallon Rigid Shop Vacuum Hose and direct connect to 1 1/2 PVC. I Printed it at 30% fill 2 wall Lines and it is plenty Thick enough for durability. the inside has a rolling ball Chamfer to keep dust from Catching. it Measures Hose side 58mmID-66mmOD 1 1/2 side 49mmID - 59mmOD Update: I recommend changing infill style to Lines to save on material this does not need to be super strong maybe even reduce infill to 20%. Please Let me know if you have any trouble with fit my first one fit but was tight and i had to file the inside. this is the 2nd Version so hopefully this one is not so tight.
