Rigid Heddle Loom - Remix for Woodframe
thingiverse
It's a reworked design of a rigid heddle loom intended to slash printing time dramatically. The wooden framework demands 30x20 mm wood. I strengthened the Heddle to make it more robust. For the beam, I utilized 30mm round wood and carved a 20x20mm square on each side to fit onto the crossbeam connector seamlessly. When you print it, some parts of the heddle frame need to be flipped horizontally for accurate placement. A small tool was added to facilitate easy threading of strings into the heddle slots/holes.
