Rigid clutch for NEMA17 to TR10x2
thingiverse
I crafted a robust clutch in no time using my trusty printer. With a nozzle of 0.3mm and layers set at 0.2mm, I printed with an impressive 25% infill rate, keeping pace with an all-encompassing speed of 40mm/s. My innovative design took full advantage of the close clearance afforded by the TR10x2 thread, rendering any additional locking mechanism completely unnecessary. The compact dimensions of my Nema17 axis, measuring a mere 5mm in diameter, presented no problem at all, thanks to the convenient +0.2 compensation for printing hole diameter errors. In fact, securing the clutch was an effortless endeavor, requiring only two precisely sized M3x12-14mm socket head screws, expertly placed and locked into position.
