Made for Tevo Tornado to eliminate X-Y bed wobble and still allow a faster way to level the bed. With some minor modifications, it could work with any bed leveling bolts. This is an adjustable bed leveling kit. The function of the spring changes from spacing to lifting tension to maintain a plus pressure on the bed, preventing it from dropping when raising and lowering. Only enough tension is needed to keep the bed lifted. You will need 8 x M5 nuts to print in place. These are fairly standard, but some nuts may differ depending on manufacturer. You can scale X-Y and Z to get a good fit. Try printing a single open locking nut until you get a good fit. I included example pictures to help you along the way. After printing and assembling: 1) Remove the bed leveling bolt, nut, and spring. 2) Insert the bolt through the bed. 3) Secure with the locking nut (note the counter sink for the stock spring). 4) Install the spring seating it in the groove on the locking nut. 5) Install the adjusting wheel (note the counter sink for the stock spring). 6) Seat the bolt through the lower mounting plate. 7) Install the stock thumb nut. To make adjustments, loosen the lower thumb nut then turn the adjusting wheel and re-tighten the lower thumb nut. Use an optional adjusting tool if desired. notes: When printing an enclosed-style nut design, you will need to place 1-3 layers of painter's tape to even out the bevel of the nut and give something for the material to stick to. Optionally, you can use the open nut design. With the open nut design, the spring holds the nut in place. It is highly recommended that you install a spacer to take up the gap difference from the bolt and drilled bed hole as well as a top washer. You may need to reduce flow/extrusion multiplier to get the nut to fit. I included an open nut design in case you are not up to dealing with pausing and inserting the nut mid-print.
