Hellboy's substitute right arm has emerged as the Right Hand of Doom after Azzael brutally hacked off his original right hand as a baby, then expertly grafted it with the Hand in its place. This powerful prosthetic is remarkably resilient and completely insensitive to pain, functioning much like a wrecking ball when used to deliver crushing blows to enemies.
