The initial project is quite basic, serving as my first attempt at designing something practical. It securely attaches to the upright of my Brompton handlebar, ensuring that my light remains upright for optimal visibility. The top part of the SCAD file allows for adjustable sizing options, which should scale accordingly upon modification. Due to printing constraints, I had to split the design into two parts. If you have any suggestions on how to create this without splitting, please feel free to share them. Source files can be found on GitHub: https://github.com/choffee/things/blob/master/right_angle_bike_light.scad For assembly and installation, follow these simple instructions: print two copies of the design, locate a UK penny, and place it in the designated slot. Securely fasten the light to your handlebar using a tie wrap, and enjoy hands-free cycling.
